Historia maintains an extensive inventory of Latin
American and ethnographic
art. We have many pieces in the gallery that are not displayed on the
website either because they are newly acquired, or are too large or fragile
for us to ship. If you do not see the kinds of items you are looking
for, contact us directly to discuss your collecting interests.
We would
love to talk with you about your collection and advise you
of recent or upcoming acquisitions that may interest you.
Please contact Historia if you have questions about particular pieces
on the website including availability, prices, discounts, condition,
or to see more detailed photographs.
We are accustomed to selling pieces
through the mail and will happily arrange to send most pieces to you
on approval. We encourage this, as we believe that artwork cannot be
purchased from a photograph, that it must first be experienced in person.
Once you have seen the piece, if you are not satisfied with it for any
reason, feel free to return it to us in a timely manner.
We
guarantee all of the items that we sell to be authentic, and
we will be happy to point out any restoration to the best of
our knowledge. We are committed to providing our collectors
